π What Are Pet Mutations?
In Grow a Garden, pet mutations are rare transformations that unlock special effects. To mutate a pet, it must reach level 50 and then be placed into the Mutation Machine near the Egg Shop. Each mutation attempt costs 500,000,000 Fruit Coins and takes 1 hour to complete (or 49 Robux to skip).
Once mutated, your pet resets to level 1 and gains one random mutation. Mutations can be replaced, except for Natural Rainbow from Rainbow Eggs, which can stack.

π Event & Special Mutations
- Aromatic β From Rat Connoisseur cooking quest. Increases fruit value Γ18.
- Bloom β From Beanstalk Event. Spriggan pet (15% chance) or Mutation Spray (2%).
- Amber β From Prehistoric Update. Use Amber Spray or hatch Raptor (25% chance).
- Corrupt β From Corruption Update. Triggered in red climate events or with Corrupted Kodama pets.
